Office Pick-up

We accept postal items at offices in Latvia for mailing to domestic and foreign addressees.

 

A mailman visits your office and accepts postal items to be mailed.

If you are a manager of an office building or there are several offices in the address, use the service “Business centre pick-up”.

We accept both domestic and international postal items:

  • letters – ordinary, registered
  • postcards – ordinary, registered
  • printed papers – ordinary, registered
  • small packets – registered and insured
  • parcels – ordinary and insured, up to 20 kg (international – according to the Manual for Acceptance of International Postal Items)
  • addressed items of direct mail

Documents necessary for submitting postal items to the mailman can be prepared at manspasts.lv.

Your benefits:

  • you do not have to spend time going to the post office
  • all orders of a particular month in a single bill
  • in business centres, the service can be used by several companies simultaneously, thus reducing costs
  • you can submit items not paid for without postal stamps or labels

Office Pick-up

In order to receive the service:

  • conclude an agreement
  • select the time of arrival of the mailman
  • pack each type of postal items separately and attach the corresponding list of items
  • specify the name and actual address of the company, as well as the number of the agreement on each package
  • give warning in advance if the total weight of the postal items to be mailed exceeds 25 kg

Business Centre Pick-up

The service is applied for by the manager of the building or the representative of several offices. In addition, each separate company at the address of the business centre that will use the service “Business centre pick-up” must conclude an agreement on the delivery of postal items.

In order to receive the service:

  • conclude an agreement
  • select the time of arrival of the mailman
  • pack each type of postal items separately and attach the corresponding list of items
  • specify the name and actual address of the company, as well as the number of the agreement on each package

Prepare the items according to instructions.

Preparation of Letters

Labelling of letters or sticking of postage stamps. Fee for each letter is EUR 0.06 (including VAT).

For postal items not paid for this service is obligatory.

Prepare a registered letter at manspasts.lv with a 50% discount.
