Redirection of Correspondence

We redirect your correspondence to any other address of your choice, including a PO box.

 

You can redirect the following items to another address:

  • Domestic and international ordinary and registered postcards, letters, printed papers, small packets
  • Letters not fully paid for
  • CN07 notice on the receipt/delivery/payment/registration for/of a domestic or an international item
  • PS4 notice on delivery of a registered domestic postal item
     

Apply for redirection at a post office

Fill in an application for redirection, specifying the following information:

  • Name of the company
  • Address, from which the correspondence shall be redirected
  • Address, to which the correspondence shall be redirected
  • Period of redirection (minimum period of service – 1 month)
  • Present an identity document
  • Submit copies of the registration certificate of the company and articles of association (also presenting original documents)
  • Submit the statement of the Register of Enterprises and the power of attorney that certifies your position and your representation rights
  • Pay for the service in cash, by card or bank transfer.
     

The service is ensured as of the fifth business day from submitting the application at the post office.

e-reminder

The service ensures receipt of a free SMS with a reminder that there are 10 days remaining to pay for the redirection. Apply for the service at a post office when applying for redirection.

The additional service is provided free of charge.
