Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board of SJSC Latvijas Pasts selected through competitive procedure
Dita Mirbaha is responsible for the company's business development, innovation implementation and sales performance. Continuing to work on the Board is its Member (CFO) Andris Puriņš, whose main responsibility is the company's financial management.

Ģirts Rudzītis has experience in international business, change management as well as strategy development and implementation, managing Grenardi Group JSC and Schneider Electric Baltic Distribution Centre LLC, as well as directing the business development of Schneider Electric Latvia LLC in the Baltic States. He has a higher professional education in tourism entrepreneurship obtained at Turība University.

Dita Mirbaha has accrued extensive marketing and sales management experience at DPD Latvija SIA and Newcon Hospitality Group LLC. She holds a Master's degree in business psychology and human resource management in entrepreneurship and a professional Bachelor's degree in public relations from Turība University.

The new Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board were selected through an open competition in accordance with the Law on Governance of Capital Shares of Public Entities and Capital Companies. The selection procedure was overseen by a nomination commission formed by the Supervisory Council of SJSC Latvijas Pasts.
The Board of Latvijas Pasts is responsible for the company's operations and acts in accordance with the Articles of Association and the Board's Regulations. Ģirts Rudzītis and Dita Mirbaha have been appointed for a term of office until 13 January 2030. Andris Puriņš’ term of office expires on 8 January 2028.
Member of the Board Jānis Kūliņš’ term of office expires on 13 January 2025.
