To ensure timely and secure delivery, please make sure Your letterbox displays the correct address, is in good technical condition, and can be locked.

Receive at a customer centre

You can receive a registered or insured shipment at a customer centre, Post office, or from the postman.

Pasts customer centre

Delivery to an address

You can receive a registered or insured shipment directly in hand at the address indicated on the shipment.

If You are not at the address at the time of delivery, we will leave a notice inviting You to collect the shipment at a customer centre or Post office.

Damaged shipment

If any missing contents, damage, weight discrepancy, or other mismatch with the information in the accompanying documents is found, a report is drawn up and signed by the recipient and our employee. At the same time, the sender may also contact the postal operator to request that the situation be reviewed.

Authorisation for receiving shipments

We deliver shipments to You as the recipient or to a person authorised by You. The authorised person can receive shipments at the delivery address, at a customer centre, or at a Post office by presenting a passport or ID card and the Authorisation, or by providing its number.

Setting up an Authorisation

Set up an Authorisation at a customer centre or Post office: present Your passport or ID card, provide the authorised person’s name, surname, and personal identity number, and choose between an unlimited Authorisation or one valid for a specific period. The authorised person does not need to be present when the Authorisation is set up.

Submitting another type of Authorisation

You can also submit Authorisations certified by a notary or by a guardianship authority. Such certification is required to ensure sufficient security that the Authorisation was issued by the correct person, as notarised acts prepared by a sworn notary are public documents and cannot be disputed. The Authorisation must clearly state the right to receive postal shipments.
