Where's my shipment?

You can track your shipments in the section - Track shipment.

Has money arrived in the account?

To receive notifications about your transactions in your account, apply for  SMS service: go to a post office or customer centre, or use the Pasts pay app if you have a postal payment card.

How to create shipments in mans.pasts.lv?

If you are a private person or a legal person without agreement with  Pasts, go to the self-service site https://mans.pasts.lv and create your shipment (letters or parcels) on the website indicating:

  • The shipment information - marking the appropriate type of shipment, and filling in mandatory fields for individual types of shipment, such as a detailed description of the contents of the shipment for shipments abroad or for domestic insured shipments.
  • Sender information – first name, surname, e-mail, phone, address.
  • Recipient information – first name, last name, address, and preferably indicate e-mail and telephone for shipments with items. 
  • When you create a specific shipment, the system automatically create, fill in, and promptsyou to print the required package of documents (i.e. forms and bar code labels in the number of copies required). Print and attach the entire documentation package to the shipment. 

 

 

Subscription to press publications – where to subscribe and what discounts are currently available?

You can subscribe to press publications  on www.abone.lv, in post offices, or via postman . When making subscription on the website, please make sure that your address is correct before you finish subscription process.

 

Delivery of pension– if pension delivery was unsuccessful, it is possible to request a new delivery

You can receive your pension at the post office on the next business day or apply for redelivery. 

Location of outbound international shipments outside Latvia.

You can track a shipment in the section Track shipments.

As soon as the shipmentt is transferred to the postal operator of the receiving State, the delivery shall be ensured by the postal operator of that State. The sender may request a shipment search if the shipment has not been delivered to the recipient. If you apply for it less than one month after shipping, the service is chargeable.  If 30 days have passed, a free international investigation is initiated.

What kind of shipment should I choose?

  • A simple or economy shipment with a letter range ; UA – TO, the shipment is sent as simple, it is not registered at any stage of the transfer, it is delivered to the recipient's  mailbox. No signature is required to receive the shipment. If the shipment cannot be placed in the mailbox, pickup invitation will be left  to the recipient to collect the shipment at the post office. For this type of shipment no damage compensation is paid.
  • A traceable or Standard shipment with a letter range ; LA - LZ, the shipment is sent as traceable, it is registered at each stage of the transfer, it is delivered to the recipient's mailbox. No signature is required to receive the shipment. If the shipment cannot be placed in the mailbox,  pickup invitation will be left to the recipient to collect the shipment at the post office or alternative place of delivery. For this type of shipment no damage compensation is paid.
  • A registered or Standard + shipment with a letter range ; RA - RZ, the shipment is sent as registered at each stage of the transfer, delivered to the recipient and signature is required upon receipt.  If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, a pickup notification will be left to the recipient to collect the shipment at the post office.  On the self-service site mans.pasts.lv , for Standard + shipment you can add additional insurance.  You can also create insured shipments at the post office or customer centre.
  • Shipment with a letter range; CA - CZ, the shipment is sent as registered at each stage of the transfer. Pickup invitation will be left  to the recipient to collect the shipment at the post office. 
  • Express Mail Service, or Premium, with a letter range CC or EA - EZ, the shipment is  registered at each stage of the transfer,  it is delivered to the recipient's  mailbox. In some countries (Norway, Finland, Sweden), the shipment is issued at the issuing point and not at the address of the recipient.f the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, a pickup notification will be left to the recipient to collect the shipment at the post office or option to apply for re-delivery of theshipment.
