How to handle shipments in mans.pasts.lv?

If you are a private person or a legal person without a co-operation agreement with the postal service, go to the self-service site https://mans.pasts.lv and perform the processing of the consignments (letters or parcels) on

the website:

  • The consignment information, marking the appropriate type, type of shipment, and filling in mandatory fields for individual types of shipment, such as a detailed description of the contents of the shipment for shipments abroad or for domestic insured shipments.
  • Sender information – first name, surname, e-mail, phone, address.
  • Recipient information – first name, last name, address, and preferably indicate e-mail and telephone for shipments with items.  
  • When you choose to complete a specific shipment, the system automatically creates, fills in, and prompts you to print the required package of documents (i.e. forms and bar code labels in the number of copies required). Print and attach the entire   package to the shipment.

You can subscribe to   www.abone.lv, post offices, and postman on your website. We emphasize that you should make sure that your address is correct before you finish subscribing to your e-site.

 

For the supply of pensions – if the supply of pension has failed, it is possible to apply for a secondary supply!

You can get your pension at the post office next   business day or apply for a resupply!

As soon as the   consignment is transferred to the postal operator of the receiving State, the delivery shall be ensured by the postal operator of that State. The sender may request a shipment search if the shipment has not been delivered to the consignee. If you apply for it more than one month after shipping, the service is paid.   If 30 days have passed, a free international investigation is initiated.

What kind of shipment should I choose?

  • A simple or economy consignment with a letter range   UA – TO, THE consignment is sent as simple, it is not registered at any stage of the transfer, it is delivered to the addressee by letterbox without receiving a signature to receive the consignment. If the item cannot be placed in the mailbox, the recipient will be left with a message to receive the item at the post office. This type of shipment is not   subject to damages.
  • A traceable or Standard item with a letter range   LA - LZ, the item is sent as traceable, it is registered at each stage of the transfer, it is delivered to the addressee by letterbox without receiving a signature to receive the item. In the event that the consignment cannot be placed in the mailbox, the addressee shall be left to receive the notification at the post office or alternative place of delivery. This type of shipment is not   subject to damages.
  • A registered or Standard + item with a letter range   RA - RZ, the item is sent as recorded, registered at each stage of the transfer, delivered to the recipient and issued with a signature. In the event that the addressee is not present at the time of delivery, the letter box shall leave the addressee with a notification of receipt at the post office. On the self-service site mans.pasts.lv Standard +, you can add additional insurance to a shipment. When drawing up a consignment at a post office or customer centre, insured items may be drawn up.
  • A postal parcel with a letter range   CA - CZ, the item is sent as recorded, it is registered at each stage of the transfer. The mail box will leave a message to the recipient to receive the item at the post office. a  
  • Express Mail Service, or Premium, with a letter range CC or EA - EZ, sends the item as recorded, records it at each stage of the transfer, delivers the item to the recipient at the address and delivers it against a signature. In some countries (Norway, Finland, Sweden), the   consignment is issued at the issuing point and not at the address of the consignee. In the event that the addressee is not present at the time of delivery, the letter box shall leave the addressee with a notification of receipt of the consignment at the post office or with the possibility of applying for re-delivery of the consignment,
