PNS payment account

Open a payment account at a customer centre or post office and get all essential financial services in one place.

To open an account in the Postal Payment System (PNS), visit your nearest post office and bring your passport or ID card.

Payment with card at a terminal

Payment card

  • The Pasts payment card is suitable if You need to withdraw cash.
    The Pasts virtual payment card is suitable if You only need card payments.
  • The Latvijas Pasts Pay mobile app is available free of charge and makes using Your card especially convenient.

Bill payments

We offer bill payments with barcodes for utilities, property management, telecommunications, and other services.

Money transfers

We accept cash to be sent to the recipient on demand — at a customer centre, a post office, or at a specified address in Latvia. And remember: to make a transfer, You do not need a payment account.
