Conditions
Prepare the shipment according to the template specified in your contract and deliver or send it to the recipient. The recipient will return the reply shipment by posting it in a letterbox or taking it to a customer centre or post office.
The recipient does not pay for the reply shipment, unless they choose to send it as a registered item. Reply shipments are delivered against a signature.
