Redirection of shipments

Redirection of shipments is our additional service that ensures redirection and delivery of shipment to another location (address, Post office/Customer centre or Parcel lockes) that differs from the original address or place of delivery.

Our Network

Receive invitation SMS to receive shipment at Post office/ Customer centre.

Choose new delivery location

Follow the unique link to select new delivery location.

Receive your shipment in new location

After your shipment delivery to the new location, you will receive a new SMS.

If your shipment is delivered to parcel locker, it cannot be redirected to another location.

Redirection is not possible for the following shipments:

Shipments that are subject to Customs control.
Registered or insured shipments for delivery to our parcel lockers accompanied by a Deivery notice;
Cash-on-delivery shipments or those exceeding size of 38 cm x 38 cm x 58 cm for delivery to our parcel lockers;
If the sender has not provided recipient's telephone number and recipient has not applied to receive SMS notifications.
