"Postman at Home"

With the "Postman at Home" service, we bring all postal and payment services directly to your doorstep. It’s available for free to anyone living outside the state cities or regional centres.

"Postman" and pension deliveries

With the "Postman at Home" service, we also deliver state pensions, benefits, and compensations in cash — based on an agreement with the State Social Insurance Agency (SSIA).

To apply for home delivery of your pension or benefit, or to change your delivery address, please contact the SSIA. You can submit your application:

  • In person at any SSIA Customer Service Centre
  • At a joint state and local government service centre
  • By post, sending it to any SSIA Customer Service Centre
  • By email to pasts@vsaa.gov.lv, signed with a secure electronic signature

If your pension or benefit couldn’t be delivered the first time and you live outside a capital or regional centre, we’ll deliver it again free of charge.
