Trackable
We deliver tracked mail to the recipient without a signature, placing it in a mailbox if the size is appropriate. We accept tracked mail for domestic and certain international shipments. You can send documents, written notices, or various small, non-breakable items in a tracked mail.
Registered shipments, which we issue to the recipient against a signature for receipt. For faster and more convenient communication, when sending a registered and/or insured shipment, we ask that you indicate the recipient's phone number on the address side of the shipment! For more convenient and cheaper registration of registered shipments, use the Mans Pasts system.
Ordinary
Unregistered and untrackable shipments, which we deliver to the recipient's mailbox if the size is appropriate.
Secogram
Free simple letter mail of up to 7 kg. The sender or recipient is a blind person or an organization representing blind people. Printed matter and objects intended for use by blind people can be sent. The service is available if it is provided by the postal operator of the country concerned.
Insured postal items
Registered shipments are insured against loss, theft or damage and are delivered to the recipient against a signature for receipt.
With the rate calculator, you can find out which country and which delivery method to send your shipment to. The calculator will also show you standard rates, delivery time, and available additional services, such as insurance.
You can send from a parcel locker to another Latvijas Pasts parcel locker, post office or the same parcel machine by selecting the storage function for 7 days. Parcels can be up to 38 x 38 x 58 cm and 31.5 kg in weight. All parcel machine shipments are trackable. At the time of delivery, you will receive a text message with information about the parcel machine address and the collection deadline if the shipment was delivered to a parcel machine.
X1 economic courier delivery allows you to send documents, parcels and cargo to the recipient's address the next business day throughout the territory of Latvia. The service is provided by zones: zone 1, 2 and 3. X1 delivery is available throughout the territory of Latvia.
Carefully choose the packaging for your shipment so that it is durable and suitable for the weight of the shipment. Seal the shipping box or other type of packaging so that the shipment is not damaged during transportation and the items inside cannot fall out. Provide the recipient's correct name and surname, correct address, and, preferably, a mobile phone number and other necessary contact information.
You can send various types of written communications in a letter correspondence item, placed in an envelope. We accept simple items for domestic and international shipping. Pay, affix a stamp and design according to the terms of addressing the item. Send by dropping it into a letter box in Latvia or at a post office.

Notice of issuance
Available for registered or insured shipments. An additional form is attached to the shipment, which the recipient signs. The signed form is sent to the sender by mail. Please note that cross-border shipments require a special form, which is available and must be filled out at post offices. For domestic shipments, the form is created by the Mans Pasts system, which can be printed and attached to the shipment.

Insurance
The shipment is insured against loss, theft or damage. The insurance amount is determined by the sender. The shipment has a confirmation of the fact of delivery. It is issued to the addressee against a signature (or unique code). The shipment, depending on the type of shipment, weight, size and additional services, is delivered to the addressee at home, at a parcel machine or at a post office.

Cash on delivery
Available only for insured domestic shipments. The recipient receives the shipment only after paying the amount specified by the sender. The collected cash on delivery amount is transferred to the sender according to the selected money transfer method – to a PNS account, to an account at a credit institution or by postal order. The amount of this amount does not exceed the insurance amount.
