Waiting for a parcel delivered by a courier?

Find out how delivery works, what to do if You are not at home at the time of delivery, and how to easily redirect Your shipment to a time or place that suits You best.

How does courier delivery work?

You will receive an SMS before delivery

When the courier is on the way to You, You will receive an SMS with:

  • the shipment number,
  • the estimated delivery time,
  • information on how to redirect the shipment.

This way, You know exactly when to expect the courier and can easily change the delivery if needed.

Redirect Your shipment

Won’t be at home at the time of delivery? Redirect Your shipment to the option that suits You best.

You can choose:

  • another address,
  • a parcel locker,
  • or a Customer Centre.

If the free service “Postman at home” is available at Your address, You can also choose it as a delivery option.

Please note:

You can redirect shipments to a parcel locker only if they meet the maximum size requirements.

Repeat delivery

Don’t worry if You were not at home at the time of delivery.
If You did not redirect the shipment, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again.

We will try to deliver the shipment to the specified address up to three times.
If delivery is still unsuccessful, the shipment will be placed in storage.

Shipment storage

If You still haven’t received Your shipment after repeated delivery attempts, we will store it for a limited time.
You can collect a stored shipment at the Main Post Office, or contact our customer support team to arrange another delivery option.

Please note:

The storage period of the shipment is determined by the sender.
