Traceable
We issue tracked mail unsigned to the recipient by placing it in the mailbox if the size is appropriate. We accept traceable items domestically and abroad. In a tracked shipment, you can forward documents, written notices, or a variety of small, non-bursting items.
Registered items that we issue to the recipient against the receipt signature. For faster and more convenient communication, when sending a registered and/or insured item, we encourage you to provide the recipient's phone number on the address side of the item! For easier and cheaper handling of -recorded items, use My Mail.
Ordinary
Unregistered and untraceable items that we deliver to the addressee's mailbox if the size is appropriate.
Follow-up
Free simple letter post shipment up to 7 kg. The consignor or consignee is a blind person or organisation representing blind persons. Printed matter and objects intended for use by blind people may be sent. The service is available if provided by the postal operator of the country concerned.
Insured mail
Registered items insured against disappearance, kidnapping or damage which we issue to the addressee against the signature of receipt.

You can send from the parcel locker to another parcel locker, post office or the same parcel locker, choosing the storage function for 7 days. Shipments can be up to 38 x 38 x 58 cm and 31.5 kg heavy. All parcels are traceable. At the time of delivery, you will receive a text message with information about the address of the parcel and the time limit for removal if the item has been delivered to the parcel.
X1 commercial courier delivery allows sending of documents, parcels and freight to the recipient's address on the next working day throughout the territory of Latvia. The service is provided by zone: zones 1, 2 and 3. X1 delivery is available throughout the territory of Latvia.
Select the package carefully to be durable and appropriate to the weight of the consignment. Seal the consignment box or other packaging in such a way that the consignment is not damaged during transport and the objects placed therein cannot fall out of it. Indicate the correct name, correct address and preferably mobile phone number and other necessary contact details of the recipient.
In a letter post, you can send various types of written messages that are placed in an envelope. We accept simple shipments for shipment domestically and abroad. The consignment is insured against disappearance, kidnapping or damage. The sum insured shall be determined by the sender. The consignment shall bear proof of the fact of delivery. It shall be issued to the addressee against the signature (or unique code). The consignment, depending on the type, weight, size and ancillary services of the consignment, shall be delivered to the addressee at home, at the office or post office.

The amount of the post-payment collected shall be transferred to the sender according to the chosen money remittance type, to the PNS account, to the account with the credit institution or by post transfer.
