To reduce stay in post offices, we encourage customers to hand over small packages and parcels already packaged in accordance with our requirements.

Traceable

Traceable shipments will be delivered to the  recipient's mailbox if the size is appropriate. Traceable shipments are accepted for domestic and specified international destinations. You can send documents, written notices, or a variety of small, non-fragile items in your traceable shipments.

Registered

For registered shipments recipient's signature is required upon receipt For faster and more convenient communication, when sending a registered and/or insured shipment,  please indicate the telephone number of the recipient on the address side of the shipment! 

Insured

The shipment is insured against loss, theft or damage. The insurance amount shall be determined by the sender, but it must not exceed the value of the items included in the shipment. For registered shipments recipient's signature is required upon receipt or if delivered to parcel locker - unique pickup code. The shipment depending on the type, weight, size and services is delivered to the recipient's home, to the post office or parcel locker. The recipient can forward the item to the most convenient place of receipt, home, office or other post office.

Parcel locker

Parcel locker shipments

You can send from a parcel locker to another parcel locker, post office/ customer centre or the same parcel locker or use the storage service. All parcels are traceable. At the time of delivery, you will receive a text message with information about the shipment collection: address, storage period and pickup code.

For delivery by courier

Courier delivery is a convenient option for sending documents, parcels and freight to any address in Latvia – the recipient will receive it as early as the next working day. Delivery is available throughout the territory of Latvia!

At the post office/ customer centre

Our network of post offices/ customer centres provides convenient shipment drop-off and pickup services across Latvia. Shipments can be created both at the post office/ customer centre and online - on Mans Pasts. Choose the most convenient option for you and send easily!

Insurance

Fragile

Send your shipment as fragile if your shipment contains easily breakable items and requires special attention during delivery.  Wrap it according to its weight, shape, and contents to ensure it is retained during transportation, and add a visible "Fragile" label to it.

Bulky shipments

You have the option to send domestic shipments of non-standard shapes and sizes  (dropped off in the post office/ customer centre)).


The sum of length and maximum circumference must not exceed 450 cm, and no single dimension may exceed 200 cm.


For the shipment if bulky items, a fee equal to 50% of the shipment forwarding charge is applied. This fee is included in the total forwarding cost of the shipment.
