Special tariffs for domestic shipments

For contract customers, the service of special tariffs for domestic shipments is provided for simple letters (letter correspondence with documents up to 2 kg). Items shall be delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of delivery of the postal items at the place of delivery of the postal services, the drawing up and sending of the postal items with the Postal Service at the Office ', the drawing up and sending of the postal items with the Postal Service at the Office Centre' or the sending of letter-post items through a co-operation partner.

Regulations

fill out the application service for self-service on My Mail. Special tariffs shall be applied subject to the following conditions: 
- within one calendar month, at least 500 (five hundred) postal items from one unit shall be transferred. for 
, the postal items shall be transferred together with an attached simple postal item sent to the Latvian Post with a special tariff list (hereinafter referred to as the list of special tariff items) prepared on the self-service site My Mail or through a co-operation partner: 
- mails must be sorted according to weight categories, adding to each weight category their simple mailing sent to Latvijas mails with a specific tariff list by postal code of the addressee. for 
, mails must be packed according to postal conditions for secure delivery of mailing with information accompanying them about the sender and addressee of the mailing. for 
- mailing accepted shall be checked, compared with the specified mailing with the specific tariff in the list, handled according to the special tariffs and delivered to the addressees; 
- If you wish to hand over items in a manner that does not comply with the rules, the special tariff will not apply, and postal items will be processed by applying the postal service tariffs in force.

Price List

Payment for the acceptance and delivery of postal items to addressees at the special tariff shall take place each month according to the data of the postal systems registered, including the weight of the consignment determined during the processing of the items. Other sources of information are not taken into account when charging for a service. Mail has the right to change the service charge by alerting you to at least 30 (thirty) days' notice at the self-service My Mail site or at the email address specified in the Postal Service Agreement.
