Cooperation with Unisend
To make parcel locker services available to our customers across the Baltics, we have established a cooperation with Unisend! Currently from our 440 parcel lockers ir Latvia you can send shipments to Unisend parcel lockers in Lithuania and Estonia. At the same time we continue to work so that our cooperation with Unisend extends even further, developing the availability of our services.

Return of items
Paid service available only to senders who have contracted with us. The recipient can return the shipment to the sender using a return form prepared by the sender on our customer self-service sites. You can return items from post offices in Lithuania.

Consignment insurance
Consignment insurance
The service is only available to senders who have contracted with us. Shipments
worth up to €270 to parcel lockers in Lithuania and Estonia are insured. If shipment is lost or completely damaged by signs of damage to the packaging, we pay the sender a refund of up to €270 , the value of the items placed in the shipment. The sender has the option to further insure and we pay the sender an indemnity of the full amount of insurance if the item is lost or completely damaged by signs of damage to the packaging. the maximum amount of insurance for the shipment is €1138.30 .

The service is only available to senders who have contracted with us to send postpaid items.
A consignment which is issued to the consignee only after payment by the consignee of the post-payment amount indicated by the consignee in the Unisend parcel. The maximum amount for post-payment service (COD) payments is €1138.30 .
