When you receive a notification in your letterbox or by SMS about collecting a shipment at a customer centre or post office, you can request delivery to the specified address.

This service can be requested by calling the phone number provided in the notification.
The delivery fee will be collected upon handing over the shipment.

Good to know:

 

  • To collect a registered or insured shipment at the designated customer centre or post office, you must present an identity document.
  • With a driving licence, you can collect a registered or insured shipment valued up to €150.
  • A shipment can be collected without the notification slip if you know the shipment number.
  • To save time and effort, you can authorise another person to collect your shipments. The authorised person must present the authorisation form together with their ID document at the customer centre or post office.

If any damage or discrepancies are found, a report will be drawn up, and either the recipient or the sender must submit an application to resolve the situation.
