Delivery to address

Registered and insured letters are delivered to the customer’s address and handed over against signature.

Track shipment

Delivery to the recipient’s door

Express Mail shipments are delivered directly to the recipient. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, a notification “You have received a shipment” will be left in the letterbox. In this case, you should call the phone number indicated in the notification that corresponds to your address. To ensure a faster redelivery of your shipment, please be ready to provide the recipient’s name, address, shipment number, the date and time when the courier attempted delivery, and the date and time when redelivery could be made.

Service

Authorisation to collect shipments

To save time and effort, you can authorise another person to collect your postal shipments. The authorised person must present the authorisation form together with their passport or ID card.

Incomplete recipient information

If the shipment does not contain complete recipient details – for example, only your first name, part of your name, or only your surname – the postal worker cannot confirm that you are the authorised recipient.

In such cases:

  • If the sender is a private individual – please ask the sender to correct the recipient information with their national postal operator.
  • If the sender is an international online store – when collecting the shipment, you must present an identity document and a document proving your link to the specific shipment.
Please note!

Registered or insured shipments can only be received in person at the address indicated on the shipment, at a post office, or from the postman. If you are not available at the specified address during delivery, we will leave a notification to collect the shipment at a post office. If the shipment is not collected, a second notification will be sent after 5 days. If the shipment is not collected within 30 days from the first notification, it will be returned to the sender’s address.

Faulty shipment

If any damage or discrepancies are found, a report will be drawn up, and either the recipient or the sender must submit an application to resolve the situation.
