Incomplete recipient information
If the shipment does not contain complete recipient details – for example, only your first name, part of your name, or only your surname – the postal worker cannot confirm that you are the authorised recipient.
In such cases:
- If the sender is a private individual – please ask the sender to correct the recipient information with their national postal operator.
- If the sender is an international online store – when collecting the shipment, you must present an identity document and a document proving your link to the specific shipment.
