In the Parcel Locker
For receipt, the parcel locker may be sent from other Latvian postal lockers, post offices, courier and from e-shops. The package is stored for up to 7 days and is trackable. At the time of delivery, you will receive a text message with the package address and code to open the compartment.
By courier
You can receive a registered or insured item directly in your hands at the address specified on the item, post office, or postman. If the destination is not present at the specified address at the time of delivery of the consignment, we leave the invitation to attend the post office for the consignment. If you don't arrive after the shipment, in 5 days, you'll get a renewed call.
At the post office
All shipments are traceable. To check the status of your shipment, enter the 13-digit code you received. When the item is delivered to a post office, the recipient receives a text message — the text message indicates the post office where the item is located.

Faulty shipment
If a shortcoming of content, damage, weight defect or other non-compliance with the information indicated in the accompanying documents is detected, an appropriate act shall be drawn up, signed by the consignee and postal worker. At the same time, the sender may also contact the postal operator with a request to examine the situation that has arisen.

Authorisation for receipt of consignments
