Conditions where the medicinal product is exported by legal persons:
- Medicinal products, including investigational medicinal products (unauthorised medicinal products and samples of medicinal products), may be exported by a person who has been issued a licence for manufacturing/importing medicinal products or a licence for opening a medicinal product wholeseller, as well as a person who has the right to represent the licence holder.
- Medicinal products, including investigational medicinal products (unregistered medicinal products and samples of medicinal products), may be exported by the possessor of medicinal products, who does not have the authorisation necessary for the export of medicinal products, but has the right to represent the holder of such authorisation, i.e. to use the authorisation necessary for the export of medicinal products issued to another person.
Conditions where the medicinal product is exported by natural persons:
- A person has the right (does not apply to narcotic and psychotropic medicinal products) to export medicinal products for personal use or to send medicinal products by post to another country, if the law of the country to which the medicinal products are sent so permits.
