Kaspars Rokens

Chairman of the Supervisory Council

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and in Engineering from the Riga Technical University.

Kaspars Rokens is an energy construction expert with experience in managing international companies. Currently, Kaspars Rokens serves as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council of JSC Latvenergo and Executive Director of  Volburg. He has previously held positions as a Board Member and Operational Director at JSC RB Rail, as well as Chairman of the Board at the construction company Velve. For several years, he managed subsidiaries of the Schneider Electric Group in the Baltics.

 Māris Macijevskis

 Member of the Supervisory Council

 Education: Master's degree in International Economics from the University of Latvia, Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, and an international CFA designation in finance.

Māris Macijevskis has experience in the high-tech industry, finance, as well as the transportation sector. Currently, Māris Macijevskis is a Member of the Board of SJSC Ceļu satiksmes drošības direkcija. Previously, he worked as a Financial Director and Board Member at HansaMatrix, a high-tech company listed on Nasdaq, and also held various senior positions in corporate finance at JSC Citadele banka for several years.

On February 15, 2024, a temporary Supervisory Council has been selected for SJSC Latvijas Pasts. The Supervisory Council will carry out its responsibilities until new board members are selected through an open competition.
