Submitting complaints

Customer can submit written complaint about payment service by:

  • submitting  at the postal service provision place (post office, postman);
  • sending by post addressed to VAS “Latvijas Pasts”, 10 Ziemeļu Street, Marupe Municipality, LV-1000;
  • sending electronically to info@pasts.lv.

The response to the complaint is given within 15 working days of receiving the complaint.

If it is not possible to provide a response within the set time limit for reasons beyond the control of Latvijas Pasts, the customer shall be informed of the reasons for the delay and the deadline by which the complainant will receive the final reply. The deadline for receiving the final reply shall not exceed 35 working days from receipt of the complaint.
