How can I pay for shipment?

  • Using a bank card in the payment terminal of a parcel locker.
  • Using prepayment codes, which can be purchased here or using the Mobilly app.
  • By registering a postal item electronically here.
  • In post offices, registering a parcel.
  • Delivery by courier – registering here.

Where can you send from a parcel locker?

  • To other Latvijas Pasts parcel locker. Locations here.
  • To any post office. Locations here.
  • To the same parcel locker, selecting the storage function and removing the postal item within 7 (seven) calendar days.

You can place postal items sized up to 38 x 38 x 58 cm and weighting up to 31.5 kg in a parcel locker.

 

All postal items in parcel kers are traceable. To check the status of your postal item, enter the received 13-character code (for example, CT123456789LV) here.

When a postal item has been delivered to a parcel locker or post office, the addressee receives an SMS. If the delivery destination of the postal item is a parcel locker, the text message indicates the address of the parcel locker, the date by which the postal item should be removed, as well as the code for opening the parcel locker compartment.

If the delivery destination of the postal item is a post office, the post office where the item is located is indicated in the text message.

From where can you send to receive in a parcel locker?

  • From other Latvijas Pasts parcel locker. Locations here.
  • From the same  parcel locker by selecting the storage function.
  • From post offices. Locations here.
  • With a courier, who will pick your postal item at the specified address in any place in Latvia. You can order a courier by registering your postal item here.
  • From Latvian and foreign online stores offering the possibility to send a postal item to Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers*.
    * Important! If an online store does not offer the opportunity to send your purchase to Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers, please do not indicate the address of the parcel locker closest to you as your home address, because in that case the purchased product will not be delivered. A parcel locker location address cannot be considered as a delivery address for postal items addressed to you.
  • Redirecting a postal item through the Latvijas Pasts mobile app or internet app (receiving an sms about the postal item).

You can place postal items sized up to 38 x 38 x 58 cm and weighting up to 31.5 kg in a parcel locker.

A postal item is stored in a parcel locker up to 7 days. The addressee receives a reminder about the approaching end of term.

When registering your postal item on the website, in a parcel locker or in a post office, specify your name, surname, mobile phone number, as well as recipient’s name, surname, delivery address and mobile phone number. If you are sending to a parcel locker, you should specify the parcel locker address and zip code, which can be checked here. If you are sending to a post office, you should specify the post office, to which the postal item is to be delivered to the recipient. Their locations are here.

Place your postal item in a box, envelope or bag, in a sufficiently durable wrapping, which ensures that the postal item stays intact during transportation.
