Conditions for Receiving Items
- The weight of the item must not exceed 10 kg
- You can receive the item within 10 days after receiving the notice of delivery of an item
- When receiving an item, one must present one’s passport or ID and confirm the receipt with a signature
NB!
- Items, the weight of which exceeds 10 kg, will be delivered to the addressee’s post office
- If the item is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned to the sender
- It is not possible to submit items for returning at Circle K gas stations
- Any complaints shall be submitted to “Latvijas Pasts”.
