Valmiera post office No. 4 looking forward to serving customers from new premises in bus terminal

Starting from April 7, 2014, Valmiera post office No. 4 will serve its customers from the new premises in the bus terminal at 1 Stacijas Street, Valmiera. The new premises are located not far from the old post office. The change of location will be particularly handy for people living just outside Valmiera and regularly coming to the city by bus. Besides, the new premises of the post office will be easily accessible to parents with young children and people with special needs. There is also a parking lot close to the bus terminal which will now be home to the post office.

On April 7, which is the first working day in the new premises, the post office will be open to customers from 12 PM to 6 PM. Starting from April 8, 2014, people from Valmiera and the surrounding area will have access to postal services at the usual time: from 8 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday and from 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays. The post office will be closed on Sundays. The informative notification about the upcoming changes has been put up in the post office. Besides, the information has been published in the local newspaper Liesma. Customers are also welcome to Valmiera post office No. 1 at 34 Rīgas Street. There are no planned changes to be made to the activities of this office.

The customers of the new premises of Valmiera post office No. 4 will have access to all services generally provided by Latvijas Pasts: sending and receiving letters, printed materials, small packages, packages, etc., express mail services, subscribing to print media, paying public utility bills and other bills, payment services, buying various supplies and other services.

Valmiera residents may use postal services not only in the two post offices of the city, but also collect their shipments from Statoil fuel stations located at 26 Ausekļa Street and 29 Stacijas Street or from any of the three Narvesen points of sale at 10a Georga Apiņa Street, 4 Rīgas Street and 10 Rīgas Street.
