Post offices in shopping malls to be open during season’s holidays;  last days for delivery before holidays are December 23 and 30

Most Latvijas Pasts post offices will be closed during season’s holidays. Only some offices in the largest shopping malls located in cities will be open on December 24, 25, 26 and 31. The last day for delivery before Christmas is December 23 and for delivery before New Year's Eve – December 30. The first working day of Latvijas Pasts post offices in 2015 will be January 2 when the offices will work according to Saturday’s schedule.

Most post offices will be closed on December 24, 25, 26 and 31, which are the official public holidays. Only some offices in the largest shopping malls of major cities will be open to customers on those days. Western Union money transfer services on the mentioned days will be provided at most of the post offices that will be open.

On January 1, 2015 all post offices will be closed, and on January 2 the offices will work according to Saturday’s schedule. On January 10, which is the working day transferred from Friday, January 2, to the next Saturday, all post offices will be open according to Friday’s schedule.

The last day for delivery before Christmas is December 23 and for delivery before New Year's Eve – December 30.
