Only post offices in the shopping malls of the largest cities will be open on December 24, 25, 26 and 31, which are the 2015 year-end public holidays.
On December 24, all Latvijas Pasts post offices will be closed, except the offices listed in the table below that will have the following opening hours:

Western Union money transfer services on the mentioned public holidays will be provided at most of the post offices that will be open.
On January 1, 2016, all Latvijas Pasts post offices will be closed, and on January 2 the offices will work according to Saturday’s schedule.
The last day for delivery before Christmas is December 23 and for delivery before New Year's Eve – December 30.
