As the second Sunday of May approaches, it is time to think of the ways to celebrate this special day in Latvia – Mother’s Day. On April 26, for the sixth year in a row, Latvijas Pasts offers the users of social networks to send greeting cards to their mothers, grandmothers, godmothers, wives or girlfriends completely for free.
All participants of the campaign will have the opportunity to show appreciation for their mothers by sending a special greeting postcard, which will be delivered by Latvijas Pasts at the indicated address within Latvia. To send the card, Twitter, Facebook or Draugiem.lv users should use their account to get registered on the website www.nosutipastkarti.lv. The participants will be asked to choose one of the three available postcards with different designs and accurately fill out the required fields: the sender’s full name and the recipient’s full name and correct address.
Latvijas Pasts points out that it is very important to indicate the precise address of the recipient so that postcard reaches the recipient on time.
The greetings can be sent from 9.00 AM on April 26 until all 30,000 Mother’s Day cards have been sent out. Every user of Twitter, Facebook and Draugiem.lv may send up to three free greeting cards within Latvia over the campaign period.
This year again the airBaltic customers will be offered to participate in the campaign and get the opportunity not only to select and send any of the three postcards with different designs, but also include a handwritten greeting.
