Latvijas Pasts calls on its customers for the sixth time to name the best postman and post office operator of each region

In October 2016 Latvijas Pasts has for the sixth time launched the traditional contest Mans pastnieks 2016 (My Postman 2016) in search of the postman and the post office operator from each region of Latvia who has been recognised as the most knowledgeable, accountable and reliable by the customers. The post-paid contest questionnaires that should be filled in and sent to Latvijas Pasts have been inserted into all the free Subscription Catalogues 2017 of Latvijas Pasts that have been delivered to the customers who have subscribed to any periodicals through Latvijas Pasts during the last three years. The questionnaires may also be filled in and submitted online: http://anketa.pasts.lv/

The questionnaires can be filled in and submitted until the 31st of January 2017.

Postmen and post office operators are Latvijas Pasts employees who communicate with the company’s customers on a daily basis through their helpful service in one of more than 600 post offices across Latvia or by delivering mail to any location throughout the country, be it a home address or a work address. In appreciation of the efforts, sense of responsibility and professionalism of these employees – postmen and post office operators – Latvijas Pasts calls on the people of the country to reveal the best professionals working in the postal field and say thanks to them.

The contest My Postman 2016 aims at identifying the best postman and post office operator in each region of Latvia: Riga, Kurzeme, Vidzeme, Zemgale and Latgale, as well as one postman or post office operator who will be recognised as the most approachable employee throughout Latvia. The postmen and post office operators with the highest assessment rates given by the residents will receive valuable prizes worth EUR 100 from Latvijas Pasts.

At the beginning of October the post-paid questionnaires for the contest My Postman 2016 were sent out together with the Subscription Catalogues 2017 of Latvijas Pasts and placed into the private letter-boxes of the customers who have subscribed to any periodicals through Latvijas Pasts during the last three years. The filled questionnaires should be dropped in any Latvijas Pasts letter-box or dropped off at a post office by the 31st of January 2017. The questionnaires are post-paid. Latvijas Pasts has already received more than 500 filled questionnaires from the customers.

The questionnaires may also be filled in online: http://anketa.pasts.lv/

We encourage everyone to take this opportunity and say thanks to their postman and post office operator!
