Latvijas Pasts offers nearly 30 real properties in the price range from 970 to 187,000 euro at public auctions

Latvijas Pasts takes part in public auctions with incremental bidding where it offers 29 real properties throughout Latvia that are not used for the company’s commercial activities or are not necessary for its business purposes. The lowest starting price – 970 euro – is set for the property, land and undivided shares of the building in Riebiņi Municipality, and the highest price – 187,000 euro – is set for the land and buildings at Lubānas Street, Riga.

At the moment, it is possible to purchase 29 real properties owned by Latvijas Pasts at public auctions, such as land, buildings or their shares: two properties are offered in Riga, a total of six properties are available in Kurzeme – in Aizpute, Engure, Kuldīga, Priekule, Skrunda and Ventspils Municipalities; nine properties are located in Latgale – in Daugavpils and in Kārsava, Līvāni, Rēzekne, Riebiņi and Varakļāni Municipalities; seven properties are in Vidzeme – in Alūksne, Gulbene, Madona, Pļaviņi, Rauna and Rūjiena Municipalities; and five properties are in Zemgale – in Dobele, Tukums and Vecumnieki Municipalities.

The location of the properties, their potential use and their prices are all very different. For example, the lowest starting price is set for a property in Latgale, while the highest one is for a property in Riga. Applications for auctions are open until the 8th of December 2017.

Latvijas Pasts puts up for public auctions the real properties that are not used for the company’s commercial activities, are underused or are not in line with the business purposes of Latvijas Pasts. About 60 real properties owned by Latvijas Pasts have been sold at auctions over the last five years.
