Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts has developed a convenient online tool to pay for items and order a courier

Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts, which specialises in the provision of express mail services, has created an online payment tool and the service Eksprespaka aimed at private individuals, allowing them to easily make an online payment for an item within the Baltic states and order a courier collection service from home or any other place that suits them best in order to post the item. Express mail items sent by a private individual can be delivered to customers in Latvia in person or to any post office, while in Lithuania and Estonia such items can be delivered by courier to the specified address of the recipient.

Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts offers express mail services within Latvia and to other 58 countries of the world, delivering items from hand to hand. So far Eksprespasts has mainly focused on the servicing of legal entities, but now it has created an online payment tool that allows every private individual to apply for the service Eksprespaka and make an online payment for items within the Baltic states and then choose the most convenient way of posting the item: either by using a courier collection service from home or office or by bringing it to the post office. Payments can be made with any payment card.

Express mail items are delivered to addressees in the territory of Latvia, Lithuania and Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, within one business day from the moment of posting and within two business days throughout Estonia outside Tallinn.

In the first nine months of 2018 Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts increased both the amount of the items delivered and its revenue, as well as the number of the customers served and also improved the customer and courier convenience by providing digital registration of the item delivery and customer signatures, developing a modern website, renewing the car fleet used for item delivery and creating visually and functionally new workwear for all couriers.

In 2017, the overall increase of all types of items delivered by Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts reached 10% in comparison to 2016. The delivery of e-commerce items delivered by Eksprespasts in the network of Circle-K fuel stations grew by 38,000 units or 78% compared to 2016.
