Latvijas Pasts has developed a package of services intended for export and aimed at medium and small enterprises
Latvijas Pasts has developed a special business package for legal entities – medium and small enterprises, which often send their goods as postal items abroad. The business package includes specially adapted tariffs for sending items abroad and a personal cooperation partner from Latvijas Pasts for matters related to postal items. Using this service, small and medium-sized companies can significantly optimise their item sending costs depending on the number of items and on how frequently they are sent.  
 
Until the 29th of March 2020 Latvijas Pasts invites medium and small enterprises to apply for a special business package offer that includes a number of valuable advantages: specially adapted tariffs for export items and a personal customer relationship consultant for matters related to sending postal items. For the first three months after the conclusion of the contract a courier of Latvijas Pasts will pick up the customer’s items free of charge from anywhere in Latvia – a workshop, an office, a place of residence or any other address which is convenient for the customer, thus saving the time that would otherwise be spent to deliver the items for processing at a post office. 
 
After applying for the service, the company will have the opportunity to digitally process items on the self-service website of Latvijas Pasts https://new.manspasts.lv/, which is a convenient and fast solution to be used at any place and time suitable for the customer. Information about the registered item and its status is published from the moment of delivery of the postal item for processing, and the item will depart Latvia within 24 hours.
 
Customers can apply for the special offer by filling in the registration form online at https://biznesakomplekts.lv/. After completing the form the customer will be contacted within one hour by a Latvijas Pasts customer relationship consultant who will tell the customer about the special offer and suggest the most appropriate solution. The customer consultant will prepare the contract and provide details on the item processing system on the self-service website of Latvijas Pasts https://new.manspasts.lv/.
