Post offices will be closed during the May holidays; delivery of items will be available via parcel lockers

Latvijas Pasts post offices will be closed during the May holidays from the 1^st to the 4^th of May 2020, but delivery of items will be available via Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers. 

As the post offices which are traditionally open on public holidays and weekends are located in shopping centres closed to visitors due to the state of emergency declared in the country, no Latvijas Pasts post office will be open during the May holidays: Labour Day on the 1^st of May, Saturday, the 2^nd of May, Sunday, the 3^rd of May and the Day of Restoration of Independence of the Republic of Latvia on the 4^th of May. Information on changes in the opening hours is also available on the spot in all post offices.

During the holiday period dozens of Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers will be available for collecting items throughout the country according to the opening hours of the shopping locations where they are placed. Information about Latvijas Pasts parcel locker network is available here.
