Riga post office No. 57 will be closed on the 22nd and 24th of August 2020 due to reconstruction to improve the delivery of items

Due to reconstruction works to improve the item delivery process, customers will not have access to postal services at Riga post office No. 57, 2 Prūšu Street, on the 22nd and 24th of August 2020. Latvijas Pasts invites customers to receive their items before or after the above-mentioned dates of repairs, while other postal services are available to residents at any other Latvijas Pasts post office. Starting from Tuesday, the 25th of August, the post office will operate according to daily working hours: from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Following the plan to improve the item delivery process, the premises of Riga post office No. 57 at 2 Prūšu Street will undergo reconstruction; therefore, on Friday, the 22nd of August, and Monday, the 24th of August, the post office will be closed to visitors. 

Latvijas Pasts invites customers to schedule the receipt of their items before the 22nd of August or to collect them starting from the 25th of August, while all other postal services are available to residents at any other Latvijas Pasts post office. The post office closest to Riga post office No. 57 are: Riga post office No. 33 at 257 Maskavas Street, shopping centre Akropole, open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM; Riga post office No. 20 at 357 Maskavas Street, shopping centre Dole, open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM; and Riga post office No. 3 at 46 Krasta Street, shopping centre Mols, open every day from 10 AM to 9 PM.

Riga post office No. 57 will resume operations on the 25th of August and will serve customers in accordance with the usual working day schedule: from 8 AM to 8 PM.
