Riga post office No. 50 will continue operations in the current premises in the shopping centre Origo for the time being

Due to previously unforeseen technical reasons Riga post office No. 50 will continue its operations in the existing premises in the shopping centre Origo at 2 Stacijas laukums for the time being, postponing relocation to new premises at the current address near entrance D to the shopping centre. As soon as the date of the move of premises of Riga post office No. 50 is known, Latvijas Pasts will immediately provide public information.

Latvijas Pasts previously announced that from the 3rd of November 2020 Riga post office No. 50 will start its operations in new and reconstructed premises at the current address: shopping centre Origo, 2 Stacijas laukums. Due to technical reasons Riga post office No. 50 will continue to work in the existing premises in the shopping centre Origo for now, offering customers postal services every workday from 7 AM to 9 PM, on Saturdays from 9 AM to 8 PM and on Sundays from 10 AM to 8 PM, as before.

As soon as precise information about the opening of the new premises near entrance D to the shopping centre Origo is known, Latvijas Pasts will notify its customers. In the new premises Riga post office No. 50 will offer customers a range of press publications and other retail goods in modern open-type stands.

In recent years Latvijas Pasts has been actively implementing modernisation works aimed at improving the postal services and the environment of the post offices.
