Attention: Delays are possible in delivery of items subject to customs clearance!

Due to the adaptation of the new customs clearance systems and the imperfection of the data exchange between postal establishments and customs authorities of different countries, we draw your attention to the fact that the delivery of items subject to customs clearance may be delayed. At present Latvijas Pasts, the State Revenue Service and other parties involved are making all efforts to resolve the situation as soon as possible. We expect that in the coming days the data flow will recover and the movement of items will accelerate.

We ask for your understanding, as these processes involve large-scale data transfer and synchronisation within both different countries and different institutions. Systems vary from country to country, and it takes time and patience for all of us to adapt.
