Latvijas Pasts subscription campaign opens on the 1st of October with a call You Can Read All Year Round!, offering 692 periodicals

The traditional Latvijas Pasts subscription campaign opens on the 1st of October 2021 with a call You Can Read All Year Round!, offering subscription to any of the 692 Latvian and foreign periodicals for 2022. The campaign where the widest range of print media is available will continue until the end of December. The most convenient and quickest way to subscribe to press is on the website www.abone.lv, as well as in any of the post offices, from a postman or by calling the information lines of Latvijas Pasts on +371 67008001 or +371 27008001.

The traditional subscription campaign of Latvijas Pasts begins on the 1st of October 2021, inviting people to read all year round and offering them the widest range of newspapers and magazines in Latvia. A total of 692 different press titles can be subscribed to at Latvijas Pasts – they include newspapers and magazines published both in Latvia and abroad. Among them are 319 Latvian periodicals: 109 newspapers and 210 magazines. 

“Reading does not depend on seasonality: analysis of events, scientific discoveries, historical events, the road to the pinnacle of sporting achievement, arts, architecture, interior and fashion, healthy food, hobbies, crossword puzzles and much more are available as a good read all year round if you choose to subscribe to your favourite newspapers and magazines. Therefore, on behalf of Latvijas Pasts and all publishers, I call on you: let us read all year round!” Mārcis Vilcāns, Chairman of the Board of Latvijas Pasts, reaches out to existing and potential subscribers.

The list of the periodicals offered for subscription at Latvijas Pasts is available on the e-subscription website of Latvijas Pasts www.abone.lv or in the Newspaper and Magazine Subscription Catalogue 2022 that is available in all post offices, in other postal service points and from postmen and which has also been delivered to the letter-boxes of the customers who have subscribed to any periodicals during the last two years. 

Subscription to Latvian press is available from the 1st of October to the 27th of December through www.abone.lv, in all post offices and postal service points and from a postman. From the 1st of October to the 17th of December newspapers and magazines issued in Latvia can also be subscribed to by calling the information lines of Latvijas Pasts on +371 67008001 or +371 27008001. 

Foreign press can be subscribed to in any post office and postal service point, from a postman or through www.abone.lv from the 1st of October to the 15th of December, and subscription by calling +371 67008001 or +371 27008001 is possible from the 1st of October to the 12th of December.

Precise subscription deadlines are also posted on www.abone.lv, and they can be checked in any post office.

A total of 412,307 print media subscriptions were taken out for press deliveries by Latvijas Pasts in 2021.
