With the start of the busiest shopping season of the year, we urge our customers to be careful: there is now a new type of fraudulent activity observed in the e-mail environment, when customers receive fraudulent information asking them to make a payment to receive their parcel.

When you receive a suspicious notification like the one seen in the picture, never open fraudulent links and under no circumstances give your personal information to fraudsters.

Latvijas Pasts e-mail address and websites always end with pasts.lv — everything else can be considered fake notifications.
