Only some post offices in Riga, Mārupe, Daugavpils, Jelgava, Jēkabpils and Liepāja will be open during the public holidays on the 24^th, 25^th, 26^th and 31^st of December. The list of these post offices and their opening hours are available here. The 1^st of January will be a free day for employees of all Latvijas Pasts post offices. 

 

Dozens of Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers will be available for collecting items throughout the country according to the opening hours of shopping centres on the holidays. Information about Latvijas Pasts parcel locker network is available here. 

 

The pensions and benefits granted by the State Social Insurance Agency which are scheduled to be received at places of residence on the 24^th of December will be delivered and paid to the customers on the 23^rd of December.

 

Latvijas Pasts would like to remind you that the last day for delivery of items before Christmas this year is the 23^rd of December and for delivery before the turn of the year – the 30^th of December.
