Latvijas Pasts offers eight real properties on the Electronic Auction Website until the 8th of June 2022

Latvijas Pasts is holding a public auction with incremental bidding on the Electronic Auction Website of the Court Administration https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv/ from the 9th of May to the 8th of June 2022, offering eight real properties throughout Latvia that are not used for the company’s commercial activities or are not necessary for its business purposes. The property with the highest starting price is offered in Ropaži Municipality and the one with the lowest starting price is located in Krāslava Municipality.

By participating in the auction, it is possible to acquire land, buildings or parts thereof in Pļaviņas, Aizkraukle Municipality; Dzērbene Parish, Cēsis Municipality; Galgauska Parish, Gulbene Municipality; Auleja Parish, Krāslava Municipality; Laudona Parish, Madona Municipality; Garkalne, Ropaži Municipality; Krimulda Parish, Sigulda Municipality and Vandzene Parish, Talsi Municipality.

The lowest starting price – EUR 2,000 – is set for the land and the building in Auleja Parish, Krāslava Municipality, and the highest price – EUR 84,800 – is set for the land and the building in Garkalne, Ropaži Municipality. The total starting auction price for all eight properties to be disposed of is EUR 157,680.

The auction will last for one month on the Electronic Auction Website of the Court Administration https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv/ starting from the 9th of May, and the applications for participation are open on the auction website for 20 days from the scheduled start date, i. e. until the 29th of May. 

Latvijas Pasts puts up for public auctions the real properties that are not used for the company’s commercial activities, are not used sufficiently and are not in line with the business purposes of Latvijas Pasts. Nearly 70 real properties owned by Latvijas Pasts have been sold at auctions over the last five years.
