Latvijas Pasts offers seven real properties at public auctions with downward bidding

Latvijas Pasts holds public auctions with downward bidding, offering seven real properties in Latgale and Vidzeme which are not used for the company’s commercial activities or are not necessary for its business purposes and which were not disposed of and purchased at previous auctions with upward bidding. Applications for the auctions are open from the 16th of May to the 16th of June 2022, and the auctions will take place on the 21st of June.
 
One property located in Ērģeme Parish, Valka Municipality in Vidzeme and six properties situated in Mežupe, Krišjāņi Parish, Balvi Municipality; Kaplava, Krāslava Municipality and Krāslava City; Lūznava and Sakstagals Parish, Rēzekne Municipality; and Rēzekne City in Latgale can be purchased at auctions with downward bidding.

By participating in the auctions, it is possible to acquire land, buildings or parts thereof. The property with the highest starting price of EUR 75,700 is offered at 1 and 3 Sv. Ludvika laukums, Krāslava, and the one with the lowest price (EUR 600) is available in Krišjāņi Parish, Balvi Municipality. The total starting auction price for all seven properties to be disposed of is EUR 88,000.

Auctions with downward bidding are held for properties that were not disposed of and purchased at auctions with upward bidding organised by Latvijas Pasts in previous years.

Applications for participation in the auctions are open from the 16th of May to the 16th of June by writing to the e-mail address izsoles@pasts.lv.

The auctions will take place at the head office of Latvijas Pasts at 10 Ziemeļu Street, Riga International Airport, Mārupe Municipality on the 21st of June.

Around 70 real properties owned by Latvijas Pasts have been sold at auctions over the last five years.
