Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts receives excellent performance award from the Universal Postal Union’s EMS Cooperative

Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts, which provides courier services and delivery of express mail to various countries around the world, has received the award from the Express Mail Service (EMS) Cooperative of the Universal Postal Union for outstanding performance in customer care. In 2021, Eksprespasts fulfilled all the criteria set by the EMS Cooperative for receiving the award, both in customer service and in providing support to postal establishments of other countries.

Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts has received the Universal Postal Union’s EMS Performance and Customer Care Award, which requires the fulfilment of various criteria both in customer service and in the provision of support to postal establishments of other countries.

In 2021, Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts fulfilled all the above-mentioned criteria, such as providing answers to customers and postal establishments within a certain time, fulfilment of customer service requests within specified time limits, ensuring clear and complete information on the status of postal items, etc.

“Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts has set itself a very high bar in customer care, and we are pleased that these efforts have been noticed worldwide,” Ansis Karahons, Director of the Express Mail Department of Latvijas Pasts, points out.

Eksprespasts of Latvijas Pasts has gained this recognition for the first time; for several years, Eksprespasts has been ranked among the leaders in another survey of the member states of the Universal Postal Union’s EMS Cooperative, which evaluates service quality indicators. The EMS Cooperative includes companies from 198 countries.

Using the extensive delivery network of Latvijas Pasts and of cooperation partners, Eksprespasts is able to deliver items quickly and securely not only in Latvia, but also in various countries around the world.

Companies are offered a diverse item delivery system with a number of additional options, finding the most acceptable business solutions and an individual approach to each customer.
